Please note: Same and Next Day Appointments can NOT be booked online. 48 hours notice is required.


How To Book Your Appointment

There are three methods you may use when booking an appointment. Please choose the method that best suits your needs.

 

1.) By Phone - 519-209-2265

3.) Online - Click "Here" to book your appointment online now!

 

You must have an appointment to receive a massage. Walk-in appointments are NOT available. When using the online appointment scheduler, please make sure you receive a confirmation email, and check your date carefully.


 

After You've Booked Your Appointment
Please click "Here" to print a Health History Form.

 

If you have filled out your health history form in advance, please bring it with you, or allow a few extra minutes to fill one out when you arrive.

 

When you arrive, please got down the driveway, through the white gate and in the back door.  If the driveway is empty, please feel free to park in it.

 

If you are choosing to pay with Email Transfer or Paypal, please make sure you have sent payment BEFORE treatment.

 

 

Methods of Payment

Below are listed the methods of payment I accept.

 

1.)Cash or Cheque

2.)Email Money Transfer - Please send to e_thompson_rmt@hotmail.com. If this method is chosen, payment
must be received prior to the time of the appointment.

3.) Paypal - Click "Here" to be taken to the "Gift Certificates" page and click the "Buy Now" button for your chosen treatment length. Payment must be received prior to the time of the appointment. A $3.00 service charge applies.

 

 

 

Extended Health Benefit Plans

I would like to work with you to make sure you are receiving the most out of your extended health benefit plan.

 

I have recently introduced a system which allows automatic re-booking. Together we will figure out a schedule that suits you, to simplify the re-booking process.

 

For example, if your benefit package covers $500 per year, you are entitled to receive seven 60 minute treatments per year. With this system, we will automatically reschedule your appointment every seven weeks.

 

Reminder calls are available upon request and changes can be made anytime, up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
